Titan Reality Pulse 3d – New Type of MIDI Controller

Titan Reality Pulse 3d – New Type of MIDI Controller   Titan Reality just released a midi controller that follows a design concept which will become much more familiar to producers in the coming years. Plugged as the first virtual reality midi controller the Pulse is able to detect hand symbols, gestures, pressure, different percussion, (brushes, mallets, drumsticks,) and a wide range of instruments that could be played on its grid mode.   The controller essentially allows you to manipulate, create, and control sounds in empty space. Native Instrument’s Flesh- Music Making Machine

Native Instrument’s Flesh- Music Making Machine   If you talk to some old school musicians about electronic music one of their biggest complaints, (worries, criticisms, hesitations-whatever it is,) they have about the genre is in regards to live performance. A largely held stigma against the lack of improvisational techniques leads some to question the value of electronic music itself. (In my opinion, this is not a valid conclusion.) Though some electronic musicians have taken it upon themselves to advance the improvisational capability for artists across the spectrum of electronic music. Musician and inventor, Tim Exile the creator of The Finger and The Mouth, has developed a software called Flesh, through Native Instruments, that is capable of creating multidimensional songs through a single sample. The software essentially draws from, and expands, a single rhythmic sample into a multi dimensional including bass lines, riffs, melodies, pads and more.   The idea behind Flesh is …

Roli Seaboard-Future of Keyboards

Roli Seaboard-Future of Keyboards   MIDI Keyboards have been one of the most effective controllers a producer can wield in their arsenal of equipment, though regardless of the dozens of evolutions keyboards have encountered, they never strayed too far from the centuries old counterpart: the piano. The ROLI Seaboard takes a dramatic step in the realm of MIDI Keyboards towards greater musical expression and a large leap in musical inventiveness. Glide is a horizontal pitch control which you can influence by gliding through the …
